:- Formation of Sub-Committees of the Monitoring Group constituted for implementation
of the recommendations of
the All
India Whips' Conference.
In pursuance of the decision taken in the first
meeting of the Monitoring Group held on Tuesday, the 11th August,
1998 in New Delhi, it has been decided to constitute two Sub-Commitees for
going to the various States to study and assess the stage of implementation of
the recommendations of the All India Whips' Conference. The Members of the two Sub-Committees would
be as under:-
MEMBERS OF SUB-COMMITTEE 'A' - (To cover Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Kanataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Utter Pradesh, Delhi and Pondicherry)

The other conditions and terms of reference of the main Monitoring Group would mutatis-mutandis apply to the functioning of the two Sub-Committees. The plan of visits of the Sub-Committees would be decided in consultation with the Convener/Joint Convener of the respective Committee.
The Sub-Committees would present their reports
within three months from the date of their First Meetings.
